Scope of Work

• Developing and maintaining a prospective customer database, by researching industry-specific prospects and generating a targeted database for business development activities, producing periodic reports to show productivity, and updating the database periodically
• Managing data research, secondary research, and custom research projects for targeted companies in US, India, UK, Australia, Singapore, Japan, and other targeted markets, Continuously keep sanitizing the database by calling/emailing/checking for their correct credentials on social networking sites and generate leads by calling potential clients and following up regularly.
• Should have a decent understanding of the IT Software business products or Services and be able to create data pools Should have working experience in CRM tools to upload targeted databases for campaigns and data mining tools for quality data extraction from required websites, sources, and business directories
• Can manage targeted database tele-calling activity to generate primary interest in the company’s solutions and services.

Competence Requirements

• Eligibility: Any Graduation with moderate proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management
• Proven experience of min 2 years in lead generation and business development in the IT field.
• Excellent (English) written & verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of fulfilling sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques and strategies
• Must have at least 1-2 years of experience in working on CRM Software and Sales Automation tools (particularly – HubSpot, Zoho CRM & Salesforce) for campaign /leads management
• Have worked on data mining platforms for at least 1-2 years
• Strong research, organizational, learning, and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of various search techniques on search engine like Google and Bing
• Require excellent time management skills to meet daily tasks with quality
• Should have a good understanding on tonality while communicating
