Business Development Executive

Scope of Work:
- Should have a good understanding of the IT Software business products or Services and be able to advise the client as a pre-sales activity.
Generating leads (create and run campaigns) using various CRM tools, and channels such as Upwork, Toptal, Guru, Fiverr, Uplers etc. (including social media).
- Perform LinkedIn reach-out Sales Navigator and emails to introduce our services and generate interest/leads.
- Qualify, nurture, and close leads to achieving Sales and revenue Targets and Strategic Objectives of the company Responsibility for gathering client’s requirements, analysis, and executing with potential work approach Manage work across different time zones and regions working collaboratively.
- Provide regular progress reports on lead generation activities and results, Continuously monitor and analyze lead generation metrics to optimize performance
- Lead Generation, Effective Communication, Hawk Eye over Social Platforms, Email Marketing, and Client Management.
- Proven track record of fulfilling sales targets of 5 – 7 years in Lead generation and business development in IT / ITES / IT Product company/s.
- Must have at least 3-5 years of experience in working on CRM Software and Sales Automation tools (particularly – HubSpot, Zoho CRM & Salesforce) for campaign /leads management
- Should have 3-4 experience in working on IT jobs market places like UpWork, Toptal, Uplers.
- Require excellent time management skills to meet aggressive goals and objectives
- Excellent professional Communication (English – writing & oral) skills and understanding of tonality while communicating
- Excellent Microsoft APPs Word, PowerPoint, and Excel skills
